The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online. x²coach gives you 30 days from your first payment and refunds everything you paid.
Open your workspace, PROFILE tab, SUBSCRIPTION section. Press “Withdraw from contract here”, then “Confirm withdrawal”. The subscription stops immediately and the refund goes automatically to the card you used.
You immediately receive an email confirming your withdrawal, with the date and time you made it and a reference number. The money usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Send us your withdrawal statement by email to office@x2coach.com from the address you paid with: “I withdraw from the x²coach subscription contract.” It has the same effect and we confirm receipt by email.
